Experience
Throughout my life, I have experienced a great variety of educational systems and personal backgrounds. I was born in Germany, but lived in India for several years while attending elementary school. At age 14, I moved to the United States. I see myself as a supportive partner at the student's side, no matter whether there is little room to improve, or even significant room for improvement. With the German language being my mother tongue, I would claim that particular subject as my best strength, but at the same time have great joy with anything mathematics-related, since that is the foundation of my current university education. Breaking down complex concepts into easily understandable units is the core principle of effective learning, along with the willingness to understand and grasp academic material and the ability to work hard and study regularly. I can ensure you that students who agree to work with me on a regular basis will develop the ability to incorporate those qualities into their study habits and as a result succeed academically. I am currently 19 years of age, very dependable and flexible, and willing to tutor anyone needing help in German or Mathematics in the greater Highlands Ranch/Littleton/Lone Tree area. To ensure the highest quality and usefulness of tutoring, the meetings should be held at the students house (usually the ideal environment) or at a quiet, non-distracting place such as a library. For students who intend to meet with me regularly, the first tutoring session will be free. I do this so that both the student and I can discuss goals for the particular class and figure out in which exact areas the student might need the most and fastest help.
